- Jika mangga dan adonan susu sudah beku, pindahkan k dalam wadah yg lebih besarmizxer, hancurkan sebentar, lalu tambahkan SP.
- Mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga mengembang, lembut dan kaku, sekitar 20 - 30 menit.. warnanya sudah kuning alami... tanpa pewarna.
- Pindahkan k dalam wadah, lalu bekukan dalam frezeer sekitar 8 jam (tergantung suhu frezeer masing").
